Job description

We’re partnering with a top-tier client to hire a Cloud Security Engineer with a strong background in DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP). This is a hands-on role focused on securing cloud-native environments, implementing DevSecOps pipelines, and ensuring the overall security of development and deployment workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage secure cloud architecture and infrastructure.

• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and automate security checks (DevSecOps).

• Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents across cloud platforms.

• Perform threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysis for cloud systems.

• Work closely with DevOps, Engineering, and IT teams to enforce security best practices.

• Define and maintain cloud security policies, standards, and procedures.

• Evaluate and deploy cloud-native security tools (e.g., AWS Security Hub, Azure Defender, GCP SCC).

What we are looking for:

• Min 5 years of experience in Cloud Security, DevOps, or Infrastructure Security roles.

• Hands-on expertise with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash, or similar) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible).

• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating security into DevOps workflows.

• Experience with cloud security tools such as GuardDuty, CloudTrail, Azure Sentinel, or Prisma Cloud.

• Solid knowledge of network security, identity and access management (IAM), and container security (Kubernetes, Docker)
