Key Responsibilities:
Work together with sales teams to create and provide technical solutions to customers.
Assist cloud service providers in the ASEAN area with presales.
Sometimes travel is necessary, particularly in Singapore and other ASEAN nations.
Offer technological know-how for cloud solutions.
Contribute to cloud architecture design and implementation.
Requirements:
Can travel to other ASEAN nations (e.g., Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia).
Proficiency with key Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Knowledge of cloud solutions, such as Azure and/or AWS.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and complete migration procedures.
Outstanding presentation and communication abilities.
Capacity to communicate intricate technological ideas to audiences with and without technical expertise.
Desired Qualifications:
Certifications in the cloud, particularly in Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
Experience working in solution architecture or pre-sales positions.
Knowledge of best practices and techniques for cloud migration.
Understanding of the ASEAN market and business procedures.
Knowledge of cloud security and compliance regulations.
Technical Support:
After implementation, offer continuing technical assistance to address any problems and maximize cloud service utilization as needed.
Management of Client Relationships:
Develop close bonds with customers to learn about their changing demands and spot chances for new services or improvements.
After implementation, collect feedback to evaluate customer satisfaction and identify areas where service delivery needs to be improved.
Monitoring and Reporting on Performance:
Use metrics to assess cloud deployment success and give clients information about performance and use trends.
Create thorough reports for customers that include project results, return on investment, and suggestions for future improvements.
Ongoing Learning and Skill Improvement:
To remain current with new cloud technologies and market trends, actively pursue skill improvement. To increase your proficiency with cloud solutions, get the necessary training and certifications.
Advisory for Strategic Technology:
Act as a strategic technology adviser for customers, offering advice and insights on best practices, growth tactics, and cloud transition.
Assist customers in navigating their digital transformation processes by matching cloud solutions to their corporate goals.
