Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, system administration, or cloud services.

• Proficiency in programming (structured or OOP) using languages such as Python, Bash, Java, etc.
• Experience with system-level troubleshooting, infrastructure support, or automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze metrics from systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault resolution.
• Collaborate across teams to test, improve workflows, and implement best practices.
• Participate in system design consultations, platform management, and capacity planning.
• Contribute to the creation of sustainable, automated infrastructure and services.
• Maintain balance between feature delivery speed and system stability based on service-level objectives (SLOs).
• Identify performance bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement through proactive monitoring and automation.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure timely service delivery and project execution, while maintaining operational excellence.
• Hands-on operations across Linux distributions (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows Server.

Key Responsibilities:
