OPENSOURCE TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Database Administrator to manage Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and IBM DB2 across AWS cloud and on‑prem environments.

The role requires hands‑on expertise in RAC, Data Guard, ASM, RMAN, and performance tuning, with responsibilities spanning installation, upgrades, backup, security, and DR planning. Candidates should be proficient in AWS RDS/Aurora, DB2 on EC2, and ILMT/licensing compliance, and capable of supporting production deployments

Qualifications

Experience administering Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL and IBM DB2 across AWS and on‑prem environments.
Hands‑on with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM and RMAN backup/recovery.
Experience with AWS RDS/Aurora and DB2 on AWS EC2 and in‑house.
Strong performance tuning, patching/upgrades, security, and high‑availability solutions.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and IBM DB2 databases.
Manage AWS RDS Oracle, RDS/Aurora MySQL, and RDS PostgreSQL environments.
Manage DB2 and MySQL databases hosted on AWS EC2.
Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, maintenance and troubleshooting.
