We’re on the lookout for an exceptional early-career talent to join our Infrastructure & Support team as a Cloud & Network Ops Engineer. This is a full-time role designed for high-potential fresh graduates with strong internships or junior engineers with 1–2 years’ experience.

You’ll dive deep into enterprise systems spanning cloud infrastructure (OCI, AWS), networking, Linux environments, and Level 1–2 technical support — ideal for someone hungry to grow into a full-stack infra professional.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with Level 1–2 technical support: user issues, troubleshooting, ticketing

• Manage cloud resources (OCI / AWS): provisioning, basic scripting, scaling

• Administer Linux servers (CentOS, Oracle Linux): monitoring, patching, CLI tasks

• Support network infrastructure: VPN tunnels, firewall rules, switch configs

• Work with Docker-based environments for containerized services and dev/test setups

• Document technical workflows and contribute to operational runbooks

• Assist in system onboarding, endpoint configuration, and IT audits

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, InfoSec, or related fields

• 1–2 years’ internship or work experience in IT systems or network ops

• Strong grasp of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, routing, VPNs, firewalls)

• Hands-on with Linux (CLI fluency required)

• Exposure to cloud platforms: Oracle Cloud or AWS

• Basic working knowledge of Docker and containerization concepts

• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn fast

• Clear communicator with a service mindset and team player attitude
