Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd (Singapore) is seeking a Technical Lead – Full-Stack Engineer to drive delivery of the IGCH platform. You will translate architecture into scalable frontend and backend designs using React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, guiding a small engineering team and collaborating with product, UI/UX, QA, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities include shaping REST APIs, secure coding, CI/CD, AWS deployment, and ensuring code quality, security readiness, and VAPT

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years in software engineering with leadership of a small team.
• Frontend knowledge: React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive web apps.
• Backend experience: Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js or NestJS.
• Database expertise: PostgreSQL, SQL design and migration; DynamoDB/OpenSearch optional.
• API development: design and secure REST APIs.
• Authentication and access control: OAuth2, OIDC, SSO, MFA, RBAC.
• AWS familiarity: API Gateway, Lambda, RDS/Aurora PostgreSQL, S3, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager.
• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, environment configuration, deployment.
• Security: OWASP Top 10, SAST, secret scanning, vulnerability remediation.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead the engineering team in design and delivery of the cloud platform.
• Architecture Implementation: Translate architecture into frontend, backend, API, DB and deployment designs.
• Full-Stack Development: Implement components with React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL.
• API & Integration: Design secure REST APIs and integration patterns for internal and external use.
• Database Design: Oversee relational data modelling, schema, and data integrity.
• Cloud Readiness: Deploy applications into AWS environments with infra teams.
• CI/CD & Release: Manage CI/CD pipelines, builds, deployments and environment configs.
• Security & Code Quality: Embed secure coding, code reviews, SAST, secret scanning.
• VAPT Readiness: Coordinate remediation from code scans and VAPT reports.
