Job description

Job Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability in production environments

Optimize containerization platforms and CI/CD pipelines, improve multi-lane deployment and automated releases

Implement service mesh architecture, responsible for microservices governance and observability

Troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications, provide rapid response and solutions

Develop cluster security policies and cost optimization strategies to ensure efficient and stable platform operations

Track cloud-native technology developments (Service Mesh, Serverless, etc.) and explore new technology implementations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of cloud-native/containerization related experience

Deep understanding of Golang, proficient in Python and other scripting languages

Expert knowledge of Kubernetes/Docker architecture principles, minimum 2 years of K8s production environment experience

Familiar with K8s cloud-native ecosystem (Istio, Prometheus, Tempo, Loki, etc.) components usage and tuning

Familiar with microservices architecture, service discovery, configuration management, load balancing and other service governance practices

Familiar with containerized deployment of MySQL, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch and other components

Familiar with DevOps practices including CI/CD, change management tools and processes

Familiar with mainstream public cloud platforms' managed Kubernetes services

Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities

Fluent in both Chinese and English as working languages

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd) or Serverless frameworks (Knative)

Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD/CKS) or cloud vendor certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Experience managing large-scale Kubernetes clusters
