Job summary

IPOS International seeks an Assistant Director (Infrastructure & Cloud Operations) to lead a lean team in hybrid environments, balancing governance with hands-on delivery. You will drive cloud-first initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and ensure operational resilience through automation and disciplined processes.

The role demands cloud expertise, governance discipline, and the ability to coordinate with cyber security and business teams in a vendor-managed setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 6–10 years of relevant infrastructure operations experience.
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS and/or Azure) with IAM/Entra ID integration, networking, compute/storage, and monitoring.
• Experience with cloud migration in vendor-managed environments.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate day-to-day infrastructure in hybrid environments and coordinate with vendors.
• Establish and report operational KPIs, dashboards, and governance.
• Lead cloud migration and ensure stability post-transition.
• Manage EUC, endpoint and license inventory.
• Ensure compliance with ICT policies and audit readiness.
• Collaborate on architecture enablement and procurement inputs.
