Job description

Assurity Trusted Solutions (ATS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Government Technology Agency (GovTech). In a dynamic digital and cyber landscape, where trust & collaboration are key, ATS continues to drive mutually beneficial business outcomes through collaboration with GovTech, government agencies and commercial partners to mitigate cyber risks and bolster security postures.

The engineer will be part of the Premium Customer Care Service (PCCS) Team and will be responsible to provide technical support services to certain group of users. The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant working experience. Strong hands-on technical skill and knowledge, especially in areas of desktop and networking, good communications (oral and written) and presentation skills are required. Prior experience in VVIPs support and obtained IT certifications eg ITIL Foundation certification, MD-102 or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite desktop support on office applications and service-wide applications.
  • Manage incidents and analyse problems to identify root cause.
  • Perform IT needs assessment and participate actively in technology trials or experiments and contribute valuable key findings.
  • Participate in training on usage of service-wide applications and office applications.
  • Provide consultancy on general IT matters e.g. endpoint and micro-computers, home network setup, IOT devices and setup etc.
