Job description

Assurity Trusted Solutions (ATS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Government Technology Agency (GovTech). In a dynamic digital and cyber landscape where trust and collaboration are key, ATS works with GovTech, government agencies, and commercial partners to mitigate cyber risks and strengthen security postures.

We are seeking an individual with understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and endpoint testing. This position is on a contract basis.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the operations team (contractors) to maintain and support secure products for Whole-Of-Government.
  2. Ensure proper management and coordination of the card production system without disrupting business operations.
  3. Maintain the availability of the PKI system according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  4. Collaborate with agencies to understand and meet their requirements promptly and effectively.
  5. Work with the Internal Service Management team to develop and enhance business processes.
  6. Analyze impacts of change requests and propose improvements to address evolving business needs.
  7. Provide regular project updates to senior management.
  8. Manage change requests for project governance.
  9. Oversee project documentation and follow up on delayed deliverables.
  10. Perform evaluation, testing, inspection, and acceptance of PC hardware and software.
  11. Conduct Quality Assurance testing for changes to end-user equipment.
  12. Propose hardware and software upgrades, including Tech Refresh.
  13. Maintain project asset inventories and support Whole-Of-Government requests for equipment rollouts.
  14. Ensure all assets are tracked, accounted for, and reconciled in the asset management system.
  15. Conduct regular hardware and software license audits, participate in capacity planning, and forecast upgrades and renewals.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience as a desktop support technician managing PCs and peripherals.
  • Hands-on experience with the latest Windows technologies.
  • Experience with Card Production / PKI is preferred.
  • Background in IT business analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with quality assurance testing and processes.
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills.
  • ITIL service operations certification or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of IT asset management systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical audiences and senior management.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills for technical challenges.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities.
