Join our Digital Infrastructure & Cybersecurity team as a technical leader shaping modern IT environments. You’ll drive secure, scalable hybrid infrastructure across cloud (AWS, Azure) and on-premise systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities and Authorities
1. Cloud Architecture Design & Management
- Collaborate with Service Provider(s) to design and implement scalable, secure, and highperformance cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Create cloud reference architectures and roadmaps aligned with business and IT strategy
- Manage cloud environments including compute, storage, networking, and identity services
- Lead migration planning from legacy systems to the cloud
2. Amazon Connect Support
- Provides backup support to Amazon Connect system including Change Request for configuration of contact flows, IVR, call queues, routing profiles, and agent settings
3. On-Premises Infrastructure Oversight
- Maintain and improve on-premise IT infrastructure including servers and storage and ensure interoperability between on-prem and cloud systems for hybrid environments, including Active Directory synchronization
- Oversee hardware refresh cycles and disaster recovery planning
4. Security Architecture & Risk Management
- Define and enforce infrastructure security policies across cloud and on-prem platforms
- Implement secure configurations, encryption, hardening and access control policies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
5. Cloud Security (AWS): Co-Own the following duties with the Network & Security Analyst:
- Cloud Security Groups, IAM, GuardDuty, Config, CloudTrail, WAF, IAM and Security Command Center
- Implement and monitor logging, alerting, and auditing for cloud-based workloads
- Manage secure access to cloud resources using conditional access, MFA, role-based access control (RBAC), and zero-trust principles
- Stay current with evolving cloud security trends, threats, and compliance frameworks.
6. Infrastructure Monitoring
- Establish monitoring and logging frameworks for proactive infrastructure management
- Drive observability across systems to support incident response and root cause analysisParticipate in audits and support internal and external security assessments
7. Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
- Regularly test, monitor and maintain high availability, backup, and disaster recovery to ensure compliance with organization BCP objectives
8. Others
- Performs other duties as may be directed by the Department Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure (both Cloud and On-Prem) management
- In-depth understanding of Virtualization
- Hands-on experience with IAM, firewalls, VPNs, security appliances, and cloud-native security tools
- Familiar with enterprise architecture frameworks
