in Singapore is seeking an IT Infrastructure professional to plan, execute, monitor, and control technical projects and lead or contribute to new system and network upgrades. The role requires strong Windows Server and Linux administration, virtualization experience, VPN and firewall familiarity, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Windows Server and Linux OS.
• Virtualization experience required (Hypervisors, Nutanix a plus).
• Familiarity with VPNs and firewall appliances is beneficial.

• Lead or contribute to new system/network infrastructure setups or upgrades.
• Support operational systems in line with contractual SLAs (service levels).
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and manage operational activities efficiently.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support operational systems in line with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and manage operational activities efficiently.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS and Linux OS; experience in virtualized environments is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization, hypervisors, and the Nutanix platform is an advantage.
• Understanding of VPNs and firewall appliances is beneficial.
• Familiarity with network switches and routers is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, dynamic, and analytical with strong conceptual thinking abilities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong interpersonal skills.
