Job summary

Talentsis Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to plan, implement, and manage technical projects and infrastructure upgrades. The role includes supporting systems to meet SLAs, performing preventive maintenance, and producing detailed reports.

Strong Windows/Linux know‑how and virtualization experience are essential; Nutanix and AWS familiarity are a plus. Candidates with hands-on virtualization and networking basics will thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Windows Server and Linux environments.

• Familiarity with network concepts and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead or contribute to new system/network infrastructure setups or upgrades.
• Support operational systems in line with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and manage operational activities efficiently.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS and Linux OS; experience in virtualized environments is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with virtualization, hypervisors, and the Nutanix platform is an advantage.
• Understanding of VPNs and firewall appliances is beneficial.
• Familiarity with network switches and routers is preferred.
• Familiarity with AWS is advantage.
