We are seeking a Governance & Compliance (G&C) Project Engineer to lead and support subsystem onboarding to compliance platforms. This role involves conducting assurance checks, guiding application teams, and developing protocols to ensure alignment with government IT security policies and standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide advisory and guidance to application teams preparing for compliance verification and audits
  • Conduct regular compliance checks to ensure adherence to policies, standards, and controls
  • Develop and maintain documentation and protocols for compliance processes
  • Lead onboarding efforts with application teams to meet scheduled milestones
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify improvements and resolve technical issues
  • Build and maintain management dashboards using tools like Power BI
  • Prepare the organization for audits, ensuring documentation and controls meet policy requirements
Requirements
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, support, governance, or compliance
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts across departments
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address compliance and security challenges
  • Familiarity with government IT security policies and audit processes
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Technical knowledge in account management and interfaces including:
    • Windows Active Directory Domain
    • RHEL Linux
    • Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
    • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
    • Cloud AD
    • AWS IAM integration
