Job summary

NEXadept is seeking a Cloud Engineering Manager to lead design, operation, and continuous improvement of our cloud platform across regions. You will focus on stability, security, efficiency, and cost optimization while guiding a team of cloud engineers.

Responsibilities include architecture, resource management, monitoring, automation, and ensuring compliance. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cloud infrastructure, operations, or platform engineering.
• 2+ years leading or managing a team.
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP; multi-cloud a plus.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) and scripting (Python/Bash).
• Strong production infra, monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

The role focuses on platform stability, security, efficiency, and cost optimization, while leading a team of cloud engineers across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, operation, and optimization of the company’s cloud infrastructure and platform.
• Manage production, testing, and development environments, ensuring stability, scalability, and reliability.
• Own cloud resource management across compute, storage, networking, and databases, with a focus on cost optimization.
• Drive monitoring, observability, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Build and improve infrastructure automation, IaC, deployment, and operational tooling.
• Oversee cloud security, access control, data protection, and compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of cloud engineers and work closely with regional engineering and business teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, or Platform Engineering.
• 2+ years of team leadership or management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP; multi-cloud experience is a plus.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools, and scripting with Python/Bash.
• Strong experience in production infrastructure, monitoring/observability, incident management, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud security and cost optimization / FinOps is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
