Tencent invites driven students to assist in ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of critical systems in a cloud-native environment. You will monitor production services, automate deployments, and optimize CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Dev, Data, and Security.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks, large-scale distributed systems, and multilingual collaboration with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders at our headquarters

Competenze

• Pursuing degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• Strong foundation in deep learning and ML fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python is essential.
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems preferred.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin required.

Mansioni

• Monitor production systems and troubleshoot outages using Prometheus/Grafana.
• Develop Python/Shell scripts to automate deployment, scaling, and recovery tasks.
• Assist in CI/CD pipeline optimization using GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Analyze system performance and contribute to cost-efficient infrastructure management.
• Document runbooks, configurations, and post-incident reports.
