• Knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform/Ansible) or Git is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; team player willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of OpenShift and Kubernetes platform environments.
• Support platform automation and operational tasks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting tools.
• Monitor platform health, investigate operational issues, and escalate complex incidents when required.
• Assist with platform patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities to ensure platform reliability and availability.
• Support implementation and maintenance of GitOps workflows and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud platform operations and improve automation and operational efficiency.
• Document technical procedures, operational guides, and platform configurations.

Role Overview

Join an engineering team responsible for supporting and maintaining a secure, scalable cloud platform that enables application development and deployment on commercial cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of OpenShift and Kubernetes platform environments.
• Support platform automation and operational tasks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting tools.
• Monitor platform health, investigate operational issues, and elevate complex incidents where required.
• Assist with platform patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities to ensure platform reliability and availability.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible, or Git version control, is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment.
