Job summary

Trinity Consulting Services (TRINITY) is seeking a seasoned professional with 5–8 years of experience in scripting, middleware, and IT operations. The role requires hands-on expertise in Java, Unix Shell, Python, and PowerShell, with strong knowledge of Websphere, Jboss, Wildfly, Tomcat, Apache, and Kafka.

You will support ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management and engage with AI architecture patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience across scripting, middleware, and IT operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Willing to work on shift and on-call rotations.
• Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change processes.

Job description

• Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the following technical platforms:
  • Scripting tools: Java, Unix Shell, Bash, Python, PowerShell
  • Middleware Technologies: Websphere, Jboss, Wildfly, Tomcat, Apache, Kafka
• Good understanding of ITIL Service Management framework, such as Incident, Problem, and Change processes
• Understanding of LLMs, AI architecture patterns (RAG, Agentic, MCP, etc.)
• Experience in one or more of the following technical platforms:
  • Jenkins, Ansible, Elastic Search, Rundeck, GIT
  • Monitoring and Data analytics tools: Nagios, OMI, ServiceNow, Geneos
• Able to work on shift and with on-call support on rotation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and logical skills
