Job summary

TRINITY CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced IT engineer to support cloud and container platforms, automation and AI-enabled architectures. The role requires 5–8 years in AWS/GCP, Terraform, Docker/Kubernetes, and middleware stacks, with ITIL knowledge and strong communication skills.

The position involves on-call rotation and adapting to shifting schedules, delivering reliable incident response and data-driven monitoring across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 5–8 years of experience with AWS, GCP, Terraform
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
• Experience with WebSphere, JBoss, WildFly, Tomcat, Apache, Kafka
• Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change)
• Understanding of LLMs and AI architectures (RAG, Agentic, MCP)
• Experience with Jenkins, Ansible, ElasticSearch, Rundeck, Git
• Experience with monitoring/data analytics tools: Nagios, OMI, ServiceNow, Geneos
• Willing to work on shift and on-call rotation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

Job description

• Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the following technical platforms:
  • oCloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, Terraform
  • oContainerPlatforms: Docker/Kubernetes
  • oScripting tools: Java, Unix Shell, Bash, Python, PowerShell
  • oMiddleware Technologies: Websphere, Jboss, Wildfly, Tomcat, Apache, Kafka
• Good understanding of ITIL Service Management framework, such as Incident, Problem, and Change processes
• Understanding of LLMs, AI architecture patterns (RAG, Agentic, MCP, etc.)
• Experience in one or more of the following technical platforms:
  • oJenkins, Ansible, Elastic Search, Rundeck, GIT
  • oMonitoring and Data analytics tools: Nagios, OMI, ServiceNow, Geneos
• Able to work on shift and with on-call support on rotation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and logical skills
