Job summary

Exasoft Pte. Ltd. is seeking a data engineering specialist to design and evolve data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics platforms in a cloud environment. You will work with databases, ETL/ELT pipelines, and modern BI tools to deliver scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement security and governance, and apply DevOps practices to data pipelines. Immediate start preferred, Singapore-based role with on-site expectations.

Qualifications

• Degree/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data warehousing, big data, or advanced analytics solutions.
• Start Date: Immediate.
• Key Skills: Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, Teradata, Databricks, Informatica, AWS cloud services, ETL, ML, AI, IaC, CI/CD, Informatica IDMC Certification.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Healthcare data governance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Experience with databases and data repositories design (ODS, data marts, data lakes).
• Proficiency in data query techniques (SQL, NoSQL, Spark SQL).
• Hands-on with Databricks (Delta Lake, MLflow, Spark).
• Experience with IDMC for data integration, transformation, governance.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (Glue, Redshift, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, Athena, EMR).
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using AWS-native tools, Databricks, or IDMC.
• Understand event-driven architectures and microservices.
• Perform data modeling (Star/Snowflake).
• Use Python/R for data transformation and analytics.
• Work with ML/AI frameworks for predictive healthcare analytics.
• Develop reports/dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
• Implement IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation.
• Apply CI/CD and DevOps practices for data pipelines and cloud infra.
• Ensure IAM and data governance.
