Job summary

Autodesk, Inc. is seeking a Backend Software Engineer intern to help build and support the cloud services ecosystem for AutoCAD. The role involves working with Python, Django, Java, AWS, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, Dynatrace, Docker, and more on the backend for a multi-platform AutoCAD application used by millions.

You will participate in research, design, development, deployment, and monitoring of backend features, collaborating across teams to bring centralized backend solutions to the table.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's program in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Penultimate or final year with graduation in 2027 or 2028.
• Solid understanding of OO design, data structures and algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Research and propose approaches to solve problems.
• Contribute to design, development, deployment, and monitoring of cross-platform AutoCAD backend features.
• Adopt best practices and market-standard technologies.
