EAMES CONSULTING GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned IT infrastructure/DevOps professional in Singapore to bridge system design and operations.

You will drive automation and observability to ensure the reliability and scalability of mission-critical platforms across public and private sectors. Responsibilities include scaling infrastructure, monitoring metrics, improving CI/CD, and contributing to architecture and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizenship required due to security clearance.
• 6–8+ years hands-on IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or DevOps.
• Deep expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes) and runtimes (Docker).
• Strong command of enterprise operating systems (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu, Windows).
• Proficiency in programming for automation.
• Solid understanding of observability, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLCs.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain robust, scalable infrastructure systems by driving automation and reducing manual overhead.
• Monitor system telemetry and application metrics to proactively identify performance bottlenecks and resolve faults.
• Enhance CI/CD workflows and implement best practices to balance feature delivery with reliability.
• Contribute to system architecture design, platform governance, and capacity planning (VMware experience advantageous).
• Partner with delivery and engineering teams to ensure operational requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Our client is an established technology solutions provider in Singapore, specializing in the design, integration, and maintenance of highly secure, mission-critical infrastructure projects for the public and private sectors.

The Role You will be instrumental in bridging system design and operations, utilizing automation and modern observability tools to ensure the reliability and scalability of mission-critical platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain robust, scalable infrastructure systems by driving automation initiatives and minimizing manual operational overhead.
• Monitor system telemetry and application metrics to proactively identify performance bottlenecks and resolve faults.
• Enhance CI/CD workflows and implement best practices to balance feature delivery speed with rigorous service-level reliability.
• Contribute to system architecture design, platform governance, and capacity planning (expertise in the VMware ecosystem is highly advantageous).
• Partner closely with delivery and engineering teams to ensure operational requirements are met seamlessly throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Due to project security clearance requirements and the sensitive nature of the work, only Singapore Citizens are eligible for this role.Degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline.
• 6 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or DevOps environments.
• Deep technical expertise in container orchestration and runtimes, specifically Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong command of enterprise operating systems (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu, Windows).
• Proficiency in structured or object-oriented programming languages to drive automation.
• Solid understanding of observability frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and software development lifecycles.
