Job description

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure, scalable hybrid cloud architectures with strong identity, access, and data protection controls.

• Lead client engagements, technical discussions, and develop comprehensive cloud architecture blueprints and implementation guides.

• Provide strategic guidance on cloud security, compliance, and best practices aligned with industry standards.

• Mentor teams and oversee deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of cloud solutions.

• Drive innovation through research, emerging technology adoption, and thought leadership.

• Monitor performance, ensure business continuity, and optimize cloud costs and resource efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure and at least 5-7 years of experience in architecting and implementing cloud solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS), and software-as-a-service (SaaS) offerings.

• Excellent understanding of networking concepts, including VPNs, firewalls, load balancers, and network segmentation in cloud environments.

• Experience with security tools and technologies relevant to cloud environments (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability scanners, intrusion detection/prevention systems).

• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including automation and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Certified – Professional Cloud Architect, CCSK, CISSP).

• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with cloud migration methodologies and tools.
