Job summary

Xtremax is seeking a Technical Business Analyst (Cloud & AI) to bridge technology, business, and customer needs, shaping cloud-native solutions for enterprise clients in Singapore.

You will work with engineers, architects, product teams and customers to translate requirements into user stories, support pre-sales, and guide agile delivery across the SDLC. The role requires 4–7 years’ BA experience and strong cloud/API proficiency.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience as Technical/Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and AI concepts.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations and SDLC processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives and user needs with stakeholders.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and requirement sessions.
• Translate requirements into user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product managers.
• Support cloud-native solution design and pre-sales discussions.
• Assist in agile backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
• Coordinate testing activities and user acceptance testing.
• Build trusted advisor relationships throughout project delivery.
