Job summary

Xtremax PTE. LTD. seeks a Technical Business Analyst – Cloud & AI to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You’ll translate requirements, support cloud/AI initiatives, and work with architects, engineers, and product teams across discovery, design, and delivery phases.

Ideal candidates bring 6–10+ years in technical analysis, SDLC know-how, and strong stakeholder engagement in enterprise environments. Cloud-first mindset welcomed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 6–10+ years of relevant experience in Technical Business Analysis or a similar technology-focused role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, modern application development, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand objectives, challenges, user needs, and technology requirements.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirement workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Analyze APIs, data flows, and system integrations to identify opportunities for transformation.
• Support cloud-based, AI-enabled, and automation solutions addressing business needs.
• Participate in POCs, technical demos, and customer workshops.
• Assist pre-sales with technical proposals, demonstrations, and responses.
• Coordinate with delivery teams across SDLC and Agile workflows.
