Job summary

Google Cloud's Go-To-Market team is seeking a technical advisor to drive AI workload solutions from evaluation to customer ramp. You will collaborate with customers, domain experts, and Google teams to architect and tailor solutions that accelerate adoption of AI products.

You will work with Product and Engineering to capture feature requests, prototype integrations, and share insights from engagements. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience in architecting AI solutions using agents with enterprise data sources (RAG, Text-to-SQL, semantic search).
• Experience coding in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or Java for demos and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical solution for complex workloads within AI product areas to support the sales cycle from technical evaluation through customer ramp.
• Combine sales strategies with development to provide customer-tailored solutions that secure buy-in from customer domain experts.
• Provide deep technical consultation to customers, acting as a technical advisor and building lasting relationships, contributing to reusable assets.
• Document, prioritize and drive resolution of customer feature requests and issues in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Travel to customer sites, conferences, and related events as needed, representing Google Cloud publicly.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience

6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role

Experience in architecting AI solutions using agents with enterprise data sources using patterns like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Text-to-SQL, and semantic search

Experience coding in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Go, or Java
