Responsibilities

• Support product planning through research and documentation.
• Assist in drafting PRDs and go-to-market materials.
• Contribute to operational toolkits and system configuration.
• Conduct market/user research and benchmarking.
• Support performance tracking with dashboards/KPIs.
• Collaborate on training and rollout.
