Job Responsibilities

1. Planning: Plan for development activities and provide effort estimates.
2. Requirement Gathering: To discuss and work with System Analysts to understand and analyze user/business/system functional requirements to determine the delivery requirements.
3. Create Technical Impact Analysis: Conduct risk assessment to examine, evaluate existing vs. to-be processes, determine and identify any technical constraints and limitations to the proposed solutions. Design technical solutions based on Functional Specification Document.
4. Development & Unit Testing: Build solutions based on Technical Specification and conduct unit tests to ensure quality of development.
5. Create Release Documents: Create or review documents related to system release or deployment.
6. Incident support: Provide technical support in resolving incidents. Conduct root cause analysis.
7. System Testing: Support test activities to ensure all errors reported are resolved timely. Assist in integration test and user acceptance test.
8. Guidance and coaching: Provide the necessary guidance and coaching to team members and vendor staff on timely and quality deliverables.
9. Timely escalate issues to PM of any challengers and issues.
10. All other duties and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate with in-depth knowledge of the Fenergo FenX product, including its Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Know Your Customer (KYC) functionalities.
2. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and integrating Fenergo FenX solutions to optimize compliance and operational efficiency.
3. Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
4. 5-10 years' experience in software development using .Net technologies, preferably C#.Net.
5. Experience working in a bank or financial institution is preferred.
6. Experience in deploying and maintaining cloud-native .Net applications on Microsoft Azure.
7. Hands-on experience in developing Azure Functions and Azure messaging computes.
8. Good knowledge in SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile).
9. Good presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
10. Proactive and self-motivated.
11. Proven track record of team leading experience.
12. Ability to contribute individually and collaborate well in a team.
