Job Description
The National Neuroscience Institute (NNI) is the national and regional specialist centre for conditions of the brain, spine, nerves and muscles. NNI offers treatment for over 20 sub-specialties, including stroke, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, brain tumour and brain injury. NNI is driven by the passion to improve patients’ lives, and pursues neurological disease research to understand, prevent, diagnose and ultimately treat these diseases.
The mission of NNI's research is to improve the quality of life of patients with neurological conditions through empowering knowledge and research innovation. Our research focuses on achieving better understanding of basic physiological and disease mechanisms, discovering and exploring new medical and surgical therapies, and improving health care provision and delivery, through our core programmes, such as, stroke, Parkinson and movement disorders, dementia, and neuro-oncology.
We are looking for a mid-career or senior clinician to helm one of our Clinician-Scientist positions.
