Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Lead to drive delivery of clinical studies, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure quality, timeline, and budget adherence. You will liaise with clinical teams, manage risks, and report progress to stakeholders, while leveraging IQVIA solutions to accelerate drug development.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and project management skills, with experience in regulated trials and a global or regional delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience including >1 year project management.
• Knowledge of clinical trials and regulatory requirements incl. ICH GCP.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in bid defense presentations or lead for smaller regional studies.
• Deliver and manage smaller regional studies and develop study plans.
• Execute clinical studies per contract with focus on speed, quality and cost.
• Set objectives and monitor performance of core project teams.
• Collaborate across functions to achieve milestones and resolve issues.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to stakeholders.
• Ensure project quality and implement corrective actions.
• Manage vendor relationships and cross-geography collaboration.
• Forecast opportunities to accelerate activities and revenue.
