Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in clinical trial operations, pharmaceutical supply chain, logistics, order management, or similar.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating day-to-day operations.
• Experience working in a regulated, quality-controlled, or GxP environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical trial operations and end-to-end order processing.
• Manage and develop a team of ~10 team members, including workload planning and performance coaching.
• Oversee order management, shipment coordination, labeling, inventory, returns, documentation, and archiving.
• Monitor workload, KPIs, and operational performance; identify and resolve risks and delays.
• Ensure activities comply with SOPs, quality standards, GxP, and internal procedures.
• Coordinate quality activities including Mock Recall, audits, Change Control, investigations, and operational changes.
• Drive continuous improvement and harmonization of processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with Project Management, QA, Operations, vendors, and global teams to resolve issues.
• Support comparator sourcing, new projects, system improvements, and other business requirements.
• Build a strong team culture focused on accountability and knowledge sharing.
