Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Clinical Trial Administrator in Singapore to support the design and analysis of clinical trials and ensure regulatory compliance. You will coordinate trial activities, maintain essential documents, and work with cross-functional teams to drive study milestones.

The role requires a scientific or healthcare background, interest in clinical research, and strong organizational/communication skills to manage fast-paced environments and regulatory demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field.
• Experience or strong interest in clinical research; CTRAs preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines; experience in trial supplies preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and administering clinical trials, ensuring protocol compliance.
• Maintain and organize trial documentation and regulatory submissions.
• Prepare study materials such as informed consent forms and CRFs.

We are currently seeking a Clinical Trial Administrator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Clinical Trial Administrator at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with the design and analysis of clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.

What you will be doing

• Assist in the coordination and administration of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and organize clinical trial documentation, including study files, essential documents, and regulatory submissions.
• Support the preparation of study-related materials, such as informed consent forms and case report forms.
• Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and ensure smooth trial execution.
• Contribute to the tracking and reporting of clinical trial metrics and milestones.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Prior experience or strong interest in clinical research. Clinical Trial Associate or Clinical Research Coordinators are preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines. Experience in Clinical Trial Supplies is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
