Job summary

IDS Medical Systems (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking a contract-based ultrasound trainer with 2–3 years of Sonography experience. The role focuses on post-sale user training, product demonstrations, and collaboration with the sales team to maximize equipment utilization and close opportunities.

The candidate should have nursing or ultrasonography education, strong anatomy knowledge, and good English proficiency, with willingness to travel for outstation assignments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Nursing or Medical Ultrasonography required.
• 2–3 years working experience in Sonography/Ultrasound.
• Familiar with hospital product flow and users.
• Clinical educator experience is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of human anatomy & physiology.
• English literacy required (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel for outstation assignments.

Responsibilities

• Train users post-sale and maximize utilization of ultrasound equipment.

Job description

Contract Role (4-6 months)

Job Scope:

• Experienced in general ultrasound or OBGyn scans

• Support post-sale user training, ensuring utilization & maximization of features of equipment

• Support sales team in product demo and training

• Obtain user feedback, monitor & follow up on pending opportunities

• Assist & strategize with sales team to close deal

• Contribute in market Intelligence and sharing of competitive information

• Continuous update in product knowledge & skills

Requirement:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Nursing / Medical Ultrasonography or equivalent

• At least 2-3 years working experience in Sonography/Ultrasound or equivalent

• Familiar with Users and the flow of product supply in hospital

• Experienced as clinical educator will be an advantage

• Have a good understand in human anatomy & physiology

• English literate in both written and spoken

• Able to travel outstation when required
