What you will be doing:

1. Provide effective technical consultative service to customers before, during and after routine surgical cases
2. Consistently drive customer and patient satisfaction
3. Apply product proficiency by ensuring customers comprehend technical specifications and on-label use of products
4. Case prearrangement and instrument & implant kits monitoring
5. Provide inventory management and invoicing to customers and branch operations
6. Provide surgeons and clinical staff with technical information regarding the use of Stryker products prior to, during and/or after surgical procedures; respond to customer queries and requests.
7. Assist and support workshop and in service
8. Provide consigned and owned inventory management support by delivering, organizing and monitoring inventory of implants and instruments at customer location.
9. Attend and support routine primary surgical procedures.
10. Confidently identify and troubleshoot product-related problems and/or issues related to a customer’s application of a product.
11. Document every incident regarding product performance; assist in preparing reports regarding these product issues according to Company policy and governmental requirements.
12. Assist in the return/addition of goods resulting from field service issues, stock adjustments, field actions, and administrative processes according to Company procedures.
13. Ensure that products requiring maintenance and/or evaluation are returned to the branch in a timely manner.
14. Provide comprehensive product training to colleagues and customers in both one-on-one and in-service settings under the direction of a manager or sales representative.
15. Help drive sales initiatives by assisting with technology upgrades.
16. Interact with various internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, product development) concerning products and product application.
17. Successfully complete initial training/certification program for Orthopaedic Specialists and demonstrate proficiency in products routinely used in specific customer accounts.
18. Maintain product/instrumentation knowledge and professional skills through internal training, external seminars and other available means.

Who are we looking for:

1. Diploma in Nursing, or Health Science related fields
2. Certified nurse in Singapore Nursing Board will be a huge advantage.
3. Demonstrated problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to drive clear verbal messages regarding technical subjects.
4. Keen learner with positive attitude.
5. Able to work comfortably in operating theatres.
6. Able to work independently in stressful environment and calmly under pressure.
7. Ability to provide accurate, timely and effective customer service.
8. Fundamental Computer Skills.
