Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking an EMT trainer to conduct and oversee clinical and practical training for the EMT course at the SAF Medical Training Institute (SMTI).

You will deliver healthcare skills training across SMTI courses, update lesson plans, and coordinate medic proficiency testing, while staying up to date with medical policies. The appointment is commensurate with experience and welcomes applicants with various levels of experience.

What We Are Looking For

• Education in Healthcare, Nursing or a related field is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare or nursing related field is preferred
• Training/educational background, ideally in medical training is advantageous
• Strong interest in teaching
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities
• Self-motivated and independent working style
• Adaptability to change
• Meticulous attention to detail
