Job Title: Clinical Sales Manager

About Us:

The company is a leading medical device company in the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) space. As Clinical Sales Manager, you will lead a team to drive new business acquisition, cultivate strong customer relationships through exceptional service, and act as a vital link between sales, marketing, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or surpass sales targets, aligning with overarching business objectives

• Deliver high-quality technical service for the company's assigned product lines, focusing on maximizing patient outcomes and reinforcing the value proposition to customers

• Manage sales processes, including sales calls, meetings, and product demonstrations

• Develop, coach, guide, and motivate direct reports to optimize their sales performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Science, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field

• At least four (4) years of field sales experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) or Electrophysiology (EP).

• Proven success in working with EP or CRM cardiologists, providing clinical support in the cath lab

• Experienced in leading a team, with demonstrated leadership abilities or potential
