Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in science or health-related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in clinical research with clinical operations and/or project management.
• Experience in early phase clinical research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRU operations and cross-functional interactions to deliver study requirements.
• Provide operational leadership to CRU study teams and participate in protocol review and study execution meetings.
• Ensure compliance with protocol, IRB/regulatory requirements and GCP; maintain training standards.
• Lead audits, inspections and self-assessments; support CAPA implementation.
• Manage people and performance; align objectives with LCCP priorities and Lilly objectives.
