Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager/Clinical Project Manager to lead global oncology and rare disease studies. You will plan, direct and deliver study activities, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate with vendors and client teams.

Strong leadership, communication and strategic planning are essential. The role requires a minimum of 7 years in clinical research and at least 4 years in direct project management, travel flexibility, and familiarity with eTMF,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science or health-related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of clinical research experience.
• Minimum 4 years of direct project management experience.
• Experience managing global trials.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate and deliver designated clinical study projects.
• Serve as primary contact and escalation point for the client.
• Oversee vendor activities within timeline and budget.
• Manage project budget and profitability.
• Develop robust project plans with risk management.
• Ensure quality management and eTMF readiness.
• Lead internal and client meetings and reporting.
• Support business development and marketing activities as appropriate.
