Job summary

Singapore General Hospital in Singapore seeks a Clinical Research Support staff to assist Principal Investigators with study initiation, IRB submissions, protocol development, and study logistics. You will support recruitment, data collection and management, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and study integrity.

The role involves collaboration with the Department of Renal Medicine to promote research, including grant management and related duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or diploma as specified.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in using MS Office software.
• Bilingual and/or knowledge of local dialects desired.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide research support for clinical studies following GCP and protocol requirements.
• Assist PIs with IRB submissions, protocol development, and study logistics.
• Support recruitment, data collection and management, and study documentation.
• Participate in study monitoring and other duties as assigned.

Job description

You will provide research support service for clinical research, in accordance to the applicable regulatory, Good Clinical Practice and protocol requirements. You will work closely with the Principal Investigators (PIs), to assist them with organisation of study initiation meetings, IRB submission, protocol development, preparation of study logistics, recruitment, data collection and management, study documentation, study monitoring and other duties as assigned.

You will support the Department of Renal Medicine’s efforts in encouraging research in the department, including grant management and other duties as assigned.

You will support and participates in the SGH mission of providing quality patient care, education, and research.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing/Science or Diploma in Clinical Trials Management

• At least one year of relevant experience.

• Proficient in using MS Office software

• Bilingual and/or knowledge of local dialects desired.
