Job summary

The National Heart Centre Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Research Coordinator to assist Principal Investigators in implementing and coordinating research projects in Singapore. You will engage in screening, recruitment, data entry, specimen collection, and follow-up with research participants under GCP guidelines.

Duties include conducting phone interviews or questionnaires, maintaining site files, and reporting events.

Qualifications

Degree in Science or Nursing or equivalent; prior clinical research experience is not mandatory but an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Proficient in English and business writing
Good interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with patients
Meticulous, a good team player, independent and self-motivated
Vaccination proof: Measles (or MMR) and Tdap required for healthcare workers under the Healthcare Services Act

Responsibilities

Assist Principal Investigators to implement and coordinate research projects
Screening, recruitment, events reporting, data entry, and collection/processing of biological specimens
Maintain site files and conduct follow-up with research participants
Conduct phone interviews or questionnaires with participants
Adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), protocol and regulatory compliance
Provide general administrative support to the department
