Job summary

ENVIRODYNAMICS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a mental health professional to provide services to patients with chronic issues and implement supportive training for healthcare teams. This role is located at West side polyclinics in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have an MA/MSC in Applied Psychology, at least 1 year of counseling experience in outpatient settings, and preferably registered with the Singapore Registrar of Psychologists.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct services to patients with chronic and mental health issues through conducting clinical interviews, screening and assessments in an outpatient setting.
• Provide individuals and/or group consultations to patients, implement steps to enhance and facilitate collaborations and integration of services among the multi-disciplinary teams.
• Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate mental health components that will increase quality of patient care.
• Design, implement, monitor and evaluate in-house training and development curriculum for psychologists/allied health/medical professionals to enhance their service quality.

Requirements:

• MA/MSC in Applied Psychology
• At least 1 year relevant counselling experience in outpatient setting will be a strong advantage
• Registered with Singapore Registrar of Psychologists will be an advantage
