Psychologist (Clinical)
5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
Outpatient / Primary Care Setting

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to provide mental health support in an outpatient environment. If you have a strong interest in community mental health and chronic disease management, and enjoy working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team — this role could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical interviews, psychological screenings, and assessments
• Provide individual and/or group therapy for patients with chronic health and mental health conditions
• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure integrated patient care
• Develop, implement, and evaluate mental health programmes to enhance service quality
• Design and deliver in-house training for psychologists, allied health, and medical professionals
• Manage clinical administration and monitor outcomes
• Travel to various outpatient locations as required

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree (MA/MSc) in Applied Psychology (Clinical or Counselling)
• At least 1 year of experience working with patients facing chronic health and psychiatric issues in an outpatient setting
• Registration with the Singapore Register of Psychologists preferred
• Demonstrated skills in delivering psychological interventions in primary care or community settings
• Independent and confident in managing clinical work across multiple sites
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
