Job description

What you'll be doing

  • Provide frontline support for key clinical systems including Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM), Cerebral Plus (C+), and other digital healthcare platforms

  • Gather user feedback and identify system improvement opportunities to enhance clinical workflows and patient care

  • Participate actively in clinical system testing and validation to ensure reliability and compliance

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system usage and adoption

  • Deliver timely onsite and remote support to healthcare professionals during and after system implementations, as well as during planned or unplanned downtime

  • Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and clinical departments to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues

  • Maintain thorough documentation of support activities, issues, and resolutions for reporting and review

What we're looking for

  • Diploma level and above in Nursing/ Health Informatics/ Information Technology or related studies

  • Prior experience in clinical systems, healthcare operations, or digital health is an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • Comfortable working in clinical settings with varying levels of digital adoption.
