An established industry player is seeking a dynamic individual to manage and optimize clinic operations. What you'll be doing
Manage and optimise clinic operations, including patient flow, resource allocation, and service delivery
Support strategic planning and implementation of new clinical initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to streamline processes, support integrated care, and improve patient outcomes
Analyse operational data, track KPIs, and generate insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Handle patient engagement efforts, including feedback management, service recovery, and quality assurance activities
Ensure operational compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and accreditation requirements
Assist in project management for service enhancement projects, pilots, or change management initiatives
Coordinate training and development activities for operational staff to build capabilities and drive excellence
Participate in audits, risk assessments, emergency preparedness planning, and policy reviews
What we're looking for
Bachelor Degree level in Healthcare Administration/ Business Administration or related studies
2 – 3 years of experience in healthcare operations/ healthcare improvement/ clinical services management preferred
Analytical mindset with strong project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with hospital systems (e.g., EMR, SAP, CRM) is an advantage
Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment
