  • Oversee daily operations at assigned service points, ensuring smooth front counter services, resolving system/process issues, and maintaining a safe, patient-friendly environment.

  • Collaborate with clinical heads to develop business plans, meet volume and financial targets, and conduct budgeting and regular performance reviews.

  • Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination for surgical instruments and spectacle products, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

  • Supervise non-nursing staff, including recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and fostering a motivated, customer-focused workforce.

  • Work with stakeholders to improve service delivery, achieve customer satisfaction goals, and contribute to organization-wide initiatives and process improvements.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent

  • Candidate with relevant healthcare experience will be advantageous

  • A good team player, meticulous, service-oriented
