Job summary

ATA Medical Pte Ltd is seeking a clinical nurse to conduct pre-screening, perform nursing procedures, manage patient care, and ensure smooth clinic operations in Singapore. You will document accurately in EMR, monitor vitals, administer injections and vaccinations, and provide lifestyle guidance to patients.

You will work with doctors and staff to maintain safety, adhere to MOH guidelines, and participate in ongoing training to uphold accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Pre-screening and patient assessments.
• Vital signs and clinical parameter monitoring.
• Administer injections and vaccinations.
• Cannulation and IV infusions.
• ECG administration and basic interpretation.
• Wound care and injection techniques.
• Counselling on lifestyle and chronic disease management.
• Explain vaccine and inhaler usage to patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned patients independently during screening.
• Identify critical clinical conditions and escalate per protocol.
• Provide patient education on lifestyle, medications, and disease management.
• Perform injections, vaccinations, and inhaler techniques as required.
• Support team in clinic operations and patient flow.
• Ensure accurate EMR documentation and patient records.
• Maintain infection control practices and equipment hygiene.
• Adhere to SOPs, MOH guidelines, and safety standards.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and SNB accreditation.
