Job Description

The Clinical Product Manager is responsible for creating value propositions aligned with clinical needs through competitive analysis and scientific research. They oversee clinical roadmaps and endorsement strategies for successful product launches, working under limited supervision. The role involves managing competitive intelligence, analyzing trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions, and maintaining industry leadership. They drive endorsement strategies for New Product Introduction (NPI) launches, collaborate on integrating new solutions, and guide the development of value propositions that meet market demands. The role addresses mid-complexity problems by analyzing data and interpreting clinical imaging data to support treatment planning.


Your role:
  1. Conduct comprehensive competitive intelligence for clinical and technological developments, analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
  2. Implement endorsement strategies to support NPI launch activities, contributing to feature design, costing, pricing, quoting, and training materials.
  3. Support regional marketing and sales teams with product and market knowledge as a subject matter expert.
  4. Coordinate localization and dissemination of clinical evidence, and lead strategic selection of engagement events in large markets.
  5. Analyze clinical trends, technical possibilities, and market segmentation to develop healthcare development, endorsement, and clinical roadmaps.
  6. Develop functional specifications and prioritize features to meet target customer needs with optimal protocols.
  7. Contribute to the development of value propositions aligned with clinical needs and market demands.
  8. Utilize clinical research, feasibility studies, and concept analysis to support innovation and maintain competitive edge.
  9. Drive analysis and interpretation of clinical imaging data to inform treatment planning, product development, and generate clinical evidence.
  10. Address mid-complexity problems by data analysis and network with senior personnel.

You're the right fit if:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant fields with 5+ or 3+ years of experience respectively.
  • Can analyze market trends and apply insights to commercial strategies.
  • Possess skills in stakeholder collaboration and influence, working across boundaries to maximize value.
  • Maintain a customer and quality-first mindset.
