Job Description:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical training programs for nursing students and new nurses.

• Provide guidance and support to newly hired nurses during their orientation period.

• Assist in developing training materials and lesson curriculum.

• Ensure that all educational activities comply with the healthcare facility’s policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Work closely with Nurse Managers / Clinicians on staff development, clinical-based in-service and continuing education.

• Provide constructive feedback and recommend additional training or support if needed.

Requirements:

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing OR Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Orthopaedic, Oncology or Medical Surgical).

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
