Job description

KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH) is an 830-bed tertiary hospital that provides obstetric, gynaecological, paediatric and other clinical services. It is part of the SingHealth group of public healthcare hospitals. As an academic medical centre, KKH has well-established links to three medical schools in Singapore, Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.

We are seeking Clinical Associates to join us on a contract basis in the following areas:

  • Gynaecological Oncology
  • Emergency Medicine (Paediatrics)
  • Ophthalmology Service
  • Orthopaedic Surgery
  • Neurosurgical Service
  • Obstetrics & Gynaecology

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be expected toperform duties equivalent to that of a medical officer / junior resident.Depending on your area of work, y ou can be responsible for the clinical management of patients in the wards, assist in running outpatient clinics and/or assist in the operating theatre.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You must be inactive clinical practice for the last 3 years
  • You possess a basic Medical Degree from a medical university/ school accredited in the state in whichit was awarded
  • You have completed 3 years post-housemanship working experience as a Medical Officer
  • If your basic Medical Degree course was not conducted in the English language, youmustprovide evidence of English Proficiency(IELTS, TOEFL or OET).
