You are responsible for

  • Delivering clinical applications training to customers and distributors.
  • Providing clinical case support to physicians through channel partners.
  • Implementing and managing customer-specific account strategies to increase device and application utilization.
  • Documenting and managing customer activities within our system.
  • Hosting customer site visits at reference locations.
  • Conducting on-site system testing and training as needed.
  • Troubleshooting product issues at customer sites and identifying usability concerns.
  • Communicating customer feedback to relevant company departments.
  • Documenting complaints following QMS processes.
  • Supporting sales by demonstrating products to potential customers.
  • Representing the company at trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Installing software upgrades, setting up, installing, and testing systems.
  • Enabling connectivity through Care Orchestrator.
  • Establishing and managing the Care Orchestrator ecosystem and users.
  • Troubleshooting customer problems.

You are a part of

Driving clinical decision support through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educating sales teams on emerging clinical issues.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience, with 3 years as a professional.
  • Qualified and valid Sleep Technologist (RPSGT) certification with experience in sleep centers or hospitals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and pedagogical skills.
  • Enjoy interacting with customers and collaborating with sales teams with a customer-first mindset.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
